I ordered from Alonso Carnicería because I wanted to try several of their handmade prepared products, and the old cow beef burger was easily our favourite. It does not taste like a typical mass-produced burger; it has plenty of flavour and stays really juicy on the grill without needing lots of toppings. I also ordered Galician zorza and homemade meatballs, and I liked knowing that their artisan products are made in-house. For an easy weekend dinner, it is really convenient to have these options in the fridge while still enjoying the quality you would expect from a traditional butcher.
